From the far north island of Hokkaido comes our Kurisawa Blanc. This wine is actually a field blend of several different cool-climate grape cultivars, including Gewurztraminer, Pinot gris, Sylvaner, and Kerner. Farmed to exacting standards, the grapes yield a complete white wine, both aromatic and complex, powerful yet gentle.
